Izzie, her mom, and her dad. He doesn't make tutus :)
Dizzie Izzie began unofficially in 2005 when I needed a fairy costume for my daughter, Isabella. My mom taught me how to sew, and the flower filled tutu was born. I got the idea for a reversible skirt one night out while Izzie was eating spaghetti...and wished I had another outfit in the car.
I love to design products that kids love to wear, that are easy, fun, and unique. Things are made with kids and moms in mind - wash and wear, reasonably priced goodies. You only get to be a kid once, so why wear boring clothes?
Dizzie Izzie products are handmade, mostly by me. Many of the fabrics you see are hard to come by, and I sew a limited number of each print (if I used the same fabrics over and over again, it wouldn’t be so unique, now would it?). So if you see something you like, on-line or in person, grab it before it’s gone!
After much pestering from moms with boys who can’t find unique stuff for their little guys, Jumpin’ Johnny was born. I hope to launch even more products in the future for all the little dudes out there.
Thank you for your support - it’s your kind referrals and my many repeat customers that keep my business growing every day!
